I am a mother, a wife, an energy healer, a medium and intuitive, a spiritual director and a creative writer, artist, quilter, meditator and lover of nature.  Early in life my spiritual experiences came from the natural world growing up in the woods of northwest Connecticut and through early influences of creative expression. These beginning experiences helped keep me open to the subtle world of Spirit and energy and to lead me to all the teachers, classes, skills and experiences my soul needed.

Since then I have explored many types of healing and meditation, yoga and spiritual practices that have enhanced my understanding that I am simply the vessel for the healing energy.  I feel what needs to be heard will always be what is said, and that each path is a sacred journey full of wisdom and connection to a higher purpose. In all my work I trust my guides and the light of Spirit to lead the way. I am humbled to bear witness and hold space for people as they look deeper into their own spiritual journey and seek healing so they can navigate life with connection to Spirit.
